Jamie Marshall
FNP-BCI am a Family Nurse Practitioner and the proud founder and medical director of CSM Aesthetics. My healthcare journey began in 2006 when I earned my Associate of Science in Nursing from Shepherd University. I spent several years as a bedside nurse, specializing in post-op recovery and radiology nursing, before pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Eastern Mennonite University in 2016. My passion for learning didn’t stop there—I went on to earn my Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University in 2021.
I began my career as a nurse practitioner in neurosurgery, but in 2023, I followed my passion and opened CSM Aesthetics. Helping others feel confident and comfortable in their own skin has always brought me joy, and aesthetics allows me to make that impact every day. My goal is to enhance natural beauty, providing subtle yet transformative results that help my clients feel like the best version of themselves.
Outside of work, you’ll find me spending time with my husband and two daughters—most likely at a sporting event or on the go! I’m so grateful to be on this journey and can’t wait to help you achieve your aesthetic goals!

I’ve been a registered nurse for 12 years with most of my career spent in labor and delivery. More recently I’ve been promoted to a nursing coordinator position and function in a charge nurse capacity.
About 4 years ago, I began neurotoxin treatments to erase the signs of my approaching 40’s. As a woman who gives endlessly to her family, and career, I wanted to give a little something back to myself. I also wanted to correct a few of my insecurities. I was instantly hooked and took zero shame in it!
As a nerdy science lover with a creative eye, I dove into the anatomy and physiology of aesthetics. It fascinated me. Aesthetic injecting is a beautiful blend of science and art…And so my journey began.
If I’m not working, you can find me at the baseball field, the gym, or getting lost in the woods. My husband and I share a blended family of 3 beautiful girls and one energetic little boy.
I am incredibly excited to grow with Jamie and CSM Aesthetics. I am also excited to give my clients the same warm and fuzzies I feel when the magic sets in.
